Nebraska Concealed Handgun Permit (CHP) Course (09/19/20)

This course meets the course requirement for obtaining a Nebraska Concealed Handgun Permit.

Our T.R.U.E. Conceal Carry Course emphasizes civilian self-defense situations, self-defense tactics, critical survival shooting skills, tactical thinking situations, knowing when to take yourself out of the threat zone and knowing when and if to even present your firearm in the threat zone. Sometimes being a good witness is the best option. Each class is limited to 10 students. This 8 hour class consists of 40% classroom instruction, 20% Scenario based training, and 40% range training. Students will shoot 75+ rounds of ammunition on steel and paper targets. 

We also teach about the responsibilities of concealed carry, gun ownership, and what happens "after the shot." The reality based training techniques make this information useful for everyday concealed carry and useful for survival in a critical incident. Proven and effective advanced tactics round out this challenging course.  

EXPERIENCE LEVEL: Basic Handgun Course (from us or another qualified instructor) or equivalent level of demonstrable handgun fundamental and safety skills

EQUIPMENT:

• Working handgun

• Holster (For safety reasons bra holsters, soft side nylon holsters, ankle, off-body and behind-the-back holsters are NOT permitted. Contact us with questions.)

• Extra magazine

• 100 rounds of ammunition

• Eye & ear protection (We have loaner handguns and eye/ear protection available at no additional charge. Student will need to provide ammunition.) 

ATTIRE: Range appropriate attire. 

REGISTRATION POLICIES & TERMS

Cancellation: 50% of class/event fee is a non-refundable deposit.

Refunds: Refunds for the balance of event fee, if no transfer is possible, are issued via PayPal refund.

No-Show: Participants who do not show to the event without prior 72-hour notice forfeit their total registration fees.
