Beginner/Intermediate Carbine (June 2024)

This course is designed to develop understanding and proficiency with a tactical carbine. Students will progress from safety, carbine parts, zeroing, magazine changes, malfunctions, and barricade work. You will develop skills that will increase their speed, accuracy, and confidence with the carbine. This is a 4-hour course consisting of 100% range time.

This course covers: Safety Characteristics and accessories Sight-in/zero procedures Fundamentals Ready positions Magazine changes (admin and tactical reloads) Shooting positions and transitioning to shooting positions Multiple shots/multiple targets Malfunction drills Barricades
